Contact: acc@creeksidehomeowners.com The purpose of the ACC (Architectural Control Committee) is to review and determine that any proposed installation, construction or alteration is in conformity and harmony of external design and general quality with the existing community-wide standard. The review will take into account the proposed location, consistency of color and other factors that affect the character and value of the community of homeowners. ACC is also responsible for inspection of properties for other violations such as lawn care, trash cans and such. All homeowners need to submit their requests for Architectural Changes/Additions to ALL-In-One as soon as they determine that they wish to go forward with any work, the ACC will meet the last Wednesday of each month to address all current requests, but will hold additional meetings as needed as to not create a hardship on homeowners. Approval of a majority of the ACC is required to approve all requests. A plot plan that clearly indicates property lines will be required for approval of fences.
